We're hard at work in our candle lab, and process orders within twenty four to forty eight business hours. *Custom orders may vary.
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail after processing.
USPS priority mail may take between one to three business days for delivery.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file, when the order ships.
Communication will be sent directly to the contact number and/or email provided. The best day and time will then be arranged for delivery.
Order Not Received
Don't hesitate email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance, if your tracking status reflects as delivered by the carrier, but has not been received.
Orders may be paid with credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and CashApp.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you have an issue with your order, unless a particular order has missing items or contains incorrect products then a refund or exchange will be issued.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, address, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
